We met up at the beach and the wind had other plans for us that day. It was blowing so hard that we couldn’t even get close to the ocean. If you have ever tried to photograph someone on the beach in South Florida wind, you know exactly what I am talking about. So we shifted a bit, and found this great boardwalk over the water, and it all worked about perfectly!
She brought along a few things from Ole Miss, where she will be heading this fall, and we worked them into a few frames on the boardwalk. Loved her super cute Hotty Toddy boots for Ole Miss!
She was one of those clients who made the whole session easy. Sweet, relaxed, up for anything, and genuinely excited to be there. Those are the sessions that remind me why I love doing this work. It is never just about getting a nice photo. It is about spending an hour or two with someone at a big turning point showing her how beautiful she is. One thing I always remind my seniors is that you don't have to know how to pose. That's my job.
