inspiration { fort lauderdale children photographer }

He was born very early, weighing in at around only one pound.  They were told he would probably be blind, that he might not be able to hear, and that there would be other problems.  They were shocked and devasted, but then they said, "no."  They did not accept this fate for their son, and they did everything in their power to change it.  They fought for him, found the best doctors, worked with him on everything, and now Josh is who he is today.  He can see, he can hear, he can walk, he can talk and play with his brother Alex, he laughs and smiles, he can sing and dance and jump, he can even play piano - he can do it all; he is amazing and so are his parents.  They changed his fate - not an easy thing to do.  They are all an inspiration. So, you can imagine that I was thrilled to photograph the family for the March of Dimes, as Josh has been chosen as this year's national spokesperson.  The boy who they said would not be able to see, now gives speeches to huge crowds.  The boy who they said might not be able to hear, now plays the piano and sings in front of an audience.  But, basically he is just a fun, sweet boy.  Life can be pretty amazing.

There were certain photos that the March of Dimes needed - a little more posed than my regular style.  The photos below are the images I was able to capture in between those shots.   I really do have the BEST job ever.
