minisession portraits {ft lauderdale child photographer}

It has been a crazy afternoon - and not in a good way.  While I was at a photo session this afternoon, our dog, Bentley, got into one of those poisonous toads, and had to be rushed to the pet emergency room.  I am very thankful for our neighbors and for my sister and brother in law, who drove Wayne and Bentley to the pet ER and took care of Reesie.  So, Bentley is in the ER overnight and should hopefully be fine in the morning.  My poor hubby is so upset and frazzled, and to top off the bad luck, has a final exam in the morning. And Reesie is so sad and worried.  My brother in law picked up Wayne from the ER and later in the evening while he was studying, brought us yummy frozen yogurt.  So, thank you to everyone for your help today - I felt terrible that I wasn't here.  I knew when my photo shoot ended and  looked at my phone and saw about 6 missed calls from Wayne that something was wrong.   Hearing about everybody's kindness really means so much. But now the house has quieted down.  Reese is asleep, Wayne is studying, and the puppies are sleeping at my feet in one of their mirror positions.  Wayne said I should start photographing them while they sleep because they truly mirror each other all the time.  Anyway, I wanted to share this Sneak Peek for my clients who have been waiting to see some images from their minisessions.   I had so much fun seeing everyone again.  Enjoy your Sneak Peek!

they are so gorgeous!!

This was my first time meeting their beautiful, new baby.  The girls were such sweet sisters.  I loved their awesome boots!

those who have worked with me before know that I can't resist a good snuggle photo - they are my favorites!

I had not seen these adorable identical twins since I photographed them as newborns two years ago (you can see that post here).  I could not tell them apart, and honestly hope that the images posted here are of both girls and not the same one!  It was great getting the whole family this time - they were wonderful, and looked beautiful too!
