Wedding at Saint Anthony Church and Pelican Beach Resort {fort lauderdale wedding photographer}

When Adam and Jessica asked us to photograph their wedding, we were thrilled. I met Wayne and Jessica met Adam around the same time four years ago. They were at our wedding in Captiva, and we were so happy to be at theirs this past Saturday. Photographing a friend's wedding is a big responsibility, but also so meaningful because you really feel the joy of the day along with them. And, their joy was apparent in everything they did - the way they looked at each other, comforted each other, danced together, and even fed eachother wedding cake! It was such a beautiful day on Saturday for Adam and Jessica's wedding. We started at the Pelican Beach Resort in Fort Lauderdale for the getting ready shots, and then moved to Saint Anthony Church in Fort Lauderdale for the wedding ceremony. What a beautiful church!! We then went back to the Pelican Beach Resort for the bride and groom portraits and a great rooftop cocktail hour, followed by the fabulous reception overlooking the beach.
